A legend delivers for Kaththi

With the much anticipated music of
Ilayathalapathy Vijay starrer Kaththi
nearing release, the expectations
are peaking day by day. Adding
more fuel to the immense curiosity,
Anirudh has announced yet another
detail about the music of the
A.R.Murugadoss directorial.
Dr KJ Yesudas has delivered his
golden voice for one of the songs in
the album. Sharing the news, the
young composer, in his social
networking page, said, “Blessed and
proud that the legendary Shri K.J.
Jesudas has sung for us in
#Kaththi. Divine experience
indeed.”
The audio launch of Kaththi will
happen on September 18th and the
release has been planned for
Diwali.

movie, Kaththi has been all over the
news ever since the inception of the

Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh is part of Ilayathalapathy and A.R.Murugadoss magnum opus Kaththi, The Bollywood star opened up to Deccan Chronicle in a recent interview on his role, On Vijay and his favourite actor Neil said his character in the film will speak for itself and Murugadoss is brilliant technically, and working with him was a big opportunity for him, Neil went on add that “There is no hero without a hardcore villain,It’s like being more than a hero. I think this role in Kaththi will be a benchmark in my career. It’s way different from other films .” On Vijay, Neil said “ I have never met a nicer human being in my life. He is very down-to-earth and caring. I was happy to see him perform at close quarters. The chemistry between us in the film is sure to be a treat for his fans.” Neil concluded saying he would like to do another film with Vijay as he shares a comfort level with him and that he is a big fan of Suriya’s, having watched all his films.

Ilayathalapathy Vijay is a competent
singer and has been rendering hit
tracks over the past two decades. In
his upcoming Kaththi, Vijay has
gone behind the mike again for a
song titled 'Let's take a selfie pulla'
and we hear that the superstar
completed recording for the song
within an hour. Vijay is generally
known to be very fast and hassle-free
during his song recordings and for
Kaththi too, composer Anirudh had it
easy with Vijay.
'Let's take a selfie pulla' would be
shot in Europe soon and totally only
about 10 days of shooting remain,
for Kaththi. The team is currently in
Chennai shooting across the city in
places like the AVM Studios and also
in a spot near the Chennai Central
railway station.
